Protect your health while using computers

Being a very keen computer user I have started to suffer from a lot of health-related problems like eye strain and dryness, backache, pain in the hands and arms, neck ache, and I am sure a lot you who share the love for computers might be suffering from the same problems.

Today I found a very nice video that was presented in the Wordcamp 2010 in San Francisco by John Ford, and it truly amazed me, exactly what i was looking for, giving very useful tips on how to preserve your health and stay healthy while using computers, so I thought I would share it with you here on my blog so more of you could see and benefit from the very valuable advice he gives in it.

  I also suffer from using computers,But i dont agree that using computers would give you sickness. I about the hours your working, proper position,usage.Nice post.

  i lost all my hair to the fact of using computers all the time. let this be a warning to people who use it quite often as i was bold for seven months.

  Howdy, I’m really glad I have found this information. Today bloggers publish just about gossips and internet and this is actually frustrating. A good website with interesting content, this is what I need. Thank you for keeping this website, I’ll be visiting it. Do you do newsletters? Cant find it.
